About This Course

Welcome to this practitioner training programme on the Digital Personal Data Protection framework, privacy-by-design and data governance. The purpose of this programme is to move beyond a purely legal understanding of privacy and focus on how organizations actually build a compliant data operating model. Across the programme, we will connect three ideas: first, compliance by design, where privacy requirements are embedded into products and processes; second, governing data in a way that builds trust; and third, enabling business value responsibly. The emphasis throughout is practical. We will look at the policies, workflows, roles, controls, evidence and technology needed to operationalize DPDP obligations across the enterprise.
